I trained alongside experienced medical specialist psychiatrist and psychologist using a holistic approach to understand each patients needs. I completed my clinical residency and Internship working with a population of adults & children facing different challenges in mental health, relationship and behavioural issues before opening my own practice in Harare. My work draws on biopsychosocial models, human performance psychology and traditional psychotherapy, chosen based on what the evidence, and you, tell me is working. I have international experience working in different countries with different cultures and understanding how the human mind works.
Beyond clinical practice, I partner with organisations to unlock the potential within their most valuable resource: their people. I implement solutions that enhance and strengthen organisational and individual performance.
